Flather Studio was engaged by Key Marketing to design a “pop-up” style presentation centre for the development “Acorn” in Norquay Village, by Citrine Homes. Located within Key Marketing’s office, the goal was to convert their boardroom into a cozy and relaxed space, drawing inspiration from Acorn’s hip local neighbourhood and coffee shops. Working within the constraints of a small space and rapid turnaround time, Flather Studio transformed every detail — from the overall design down to the music, and even scent— of the office boardroom into a laid back and trendy atmosphere.

Scope of Work
- Design Concept: brought Key Marketing’s vision for the Presentation Centre to life
- Space Planning: created a functional and efficient layout for the small boardroom space
- Sourcing: selected furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Design of custom artificial green wall and wood signage
- Contract Administration: worked with manufacturers to ensure custom products were built as designed
- Procurement: arranged and coordinated delivery and installation of furniture, lighting, accessories and custom products
- Project Management: created a project schedule and coordinated with the developer, marketing company, graphic designer, trades and suppliers to achieve the target completion date
